Due to the large volume of customized products we offer it's difficult to offer a set return policy. If it was a unmodified stock item. We will certainly work something out for you. Once modified it's used and most jewelry stores give a flat NO to returns! We try to be better whenever we can. If we ordered for you, it's custom. There's way too many costs and variables to each sale we make to give a standarized answer to this question. But you can tell from our reviews online...we almost always satisfy our customers.
You can return the product to us in-store or return it to us by mail at your own expense.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. If you elect not to purchase insurance, you are liable for any and all damages. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our store. Please pack returns in the original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives at our store in good condition.
